All orders are processed within 1 working day and shipped with Fedex or Elta Courier.
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays or delays caused by holidays or natural disasters.

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country.
Orders inside the European Union take approximately 3 business days to arrive.
Orders outsied the European Union take approximately 10 business days to arrive.

Harrismitsiopoulos.com offers DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) shipping to a few selected countries. This means taxes, custom fees and import fees for European Union Countries, Switzerland & The United States.
Shipments to countries not listed above will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) which means thay may be subject to custom fees, import fees and taxes, that are the sole responsibility of the client and will not be reimbursed by Harris Mitsiopoulos.

The prices shown on harrismitsiopoulos.com when shipping to the United States (Excluding California, New Jersey, Florida and New York) include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs).
All the customers that choose delivery to the states of California, Florida, New Jersey and New York are requested by law to cover sale import duties and state custom charges in addition to their bill and shipping price. The receipt will show the total amount and the item category where taxes apply.
To receive an import, the US government’s customs agency requires a social security number or a non US citizen number – CBP customs border protection assignment number. The process to obtain a CBP Assigned import number takes about 10 business days.

All orders are processed in euros. At the beginning of each season, a fices exchange rate is determined and is used to determine the estimated price in the local currency. However, when the order is processed, the exchange rate used is the current exchange rate. For this reason, there may be a difference between the estimated cost, and the cost charged at the time of processing.
When a refund is processed, the exchange rate used is that of the current day. This may also cause a variance in the price paid and the price refunded, due to fluctuating exchange rates.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IN CASES IN WHICH THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DESTROYED OR LOST ONCE SENT BACK TO HARRIS MITSIOPOULOS.
IF AND WHEN AN AGENT IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO CLEAR A PACKAGE FROM CUSTOMS, THESE FEES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT AND WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED BY HARRIS MITSIOPOULOS.

Important Information
All orders are processed within 1 working day. However, during sale seasons orders might suffer a slight delay due to an excessive amount of orders being filled out. In the case of a non-standard volume shipment, we reserve the right to contact the client for payment of additional shipment costs that may arise. All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in euro. Sale and discounted items reflect discounted prices.

Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.
First time customers might need to be checked with their bank and/or credit provider for authentication reasons. This may slightly delay order dispatch.
Worth of goods will be publicly available on the package’s insert for tax reasons on all orders.
Delivery of furs and exotic pelts outside of the European Economic Community require, by law, an extra documentation called C.I.T.E.S (Convention on International trade in endangered species of wild flora and fauna).
This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the material comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce.
These documents take about 14 days to be processed. In order to obtain these documents a fiscal invoice is required and thus the client’s credit card will be debited before shipment.
Due to this process shipment time will be delayed.
Pre-order products are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the product’s purchase page.
Harrismitsiopoulos.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of Harris Mitsiopoulos that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified on the product’s purchase page.
In the case that a client decides not to accept hers/his order, for any reason after shipment, both return and shipping fees and import fees will be hers/his responsibility and duly deducted from hers/his refund.

Insurance
From the moment of dispatch the package is fully insured with Fedex against damage, theft and loss. Once the package has been signed for the customer or gift recipient the responsibility shifts to the customer and the insurance void.
We urge customers to not accept packages that are damaged, broken or seem to have been tampered with.

We do not offer returns based on the accusations once the package has been signed for.

1. Order cancellation
Any cancellation of an order (in whole or in part) should be e-mailed to customercare@harrismitsiopoulos.com. This option is available to the Customer before receipt of the order and shipment confirmation e-mail. After this point no order can be canceled or changed.

2. Order delivery
In order to receive the order, the Customer must show to the shipping company employee, the order confirmation (order number) and an official identification document (police ID, passport etc.) in accordance with the policy of the shipping company. The Customer is required to check the products received, as the signature confirms that he/she has received the items properly and upon receipt the risk passes to the Customer.

3. Delivery time
The delivery time of the products is specified on the order according to the availability of the products and their place of delivery, which is confirmed by the order acceptance e-mail. If the order concerns a product for which a pre-order is required, shipping time may vary. In any case, the availability is mentioned in the description of the product on our website. Orders are usually shipped within 10 business days (depending on the availability of the product), unless the Customer is based in a remote area, in which case the order is delivered within 7-10 business days. In any event, the Company shall deliver the products no later than thirty (30) days from the date of the conclusion of the contract, otherwise and as long as the parties do not agree in writing (e-mail) to an extension of the delivery time, the Customer shall be entitled to unilaterally cancel the order in writing. If the order is canceled and the contract of sale is terminated, the company shall, without delay, refund all money paid by the Customer. For bulky or special orders or orders tailored to the Customer’s requirements, the thirty (30) days delivery time does not apply and the delivery time is agreed on a case by case basis with the Customer in writing (e- mail).

4. Payment options

1. Credit/Debit card. On the day the shipping process begins your credit card is charged by EveryPay, ensuring the complete security of your transaction. harrismitsiopoulos.com has taken all necessary steps to secure your credit card transactions.

5. Return Policy
We gladly accept exchanges or refund within 10 days from the receipt of the merchandise.
Kindly note that we can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size.
The new size will be dispatched as soon as we have received the item that is to be exchanged.
Please note that we can only accept exchanges from the country which the shipment was sent to.
We can not offer exchanges or returns or merchandise that require cities documentation travel.

In order to start the exchange or refund process the customers can contact the Harris Mitsiopoulos customer care team via email at customercare@harrismitsiopoulos.com
Stating the order number, reason for return and whether its a request for product exchange or a refund. The customer will then receive an email with a return authorization number that is need to fill out the return tag which must be sent back with the item/s in question.
The customers can also give her/his phone contact in order to be contacted by the customercare@harrismitsiopoulos.com team as soon as possible.
Please follow the instructions given by the customer care team while sending your return back to Harris Mitsiopoulos avoiding any discrepancy.
Item/s that will not match Harris Mitsiopoulos return policy will not be taken into consideration and sent back to the customer at hers/his own cost.
The returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item/s (Bags, wrapping, etc). The item/s must be unharmed, worn or altered and must have all original security seals still attached. The Harris Mitsiopoulos packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
If the item does not fit these requirements the item will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at hers/his own cost.
Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock. Exchanges for different items are not accepted. An item can only be exchanged once.
The refund procedure will take 10 days from the arrival of the item/s at the warehouse. Any changes in currency during the return period will not be reimbursed.
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. The refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. This may change depending on banks and credit providers.
Bank transfer refunds will be refunded to the original account after the customer has sent the Harris Mitsiopoulos customer care team his bank coordinates.
All return, shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees will be deducted from the final refund and will not be reimbursed.
Free exchanges are available from all european union countries (Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Italy, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, The United Kingdom) and the new Europe countries (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania).
Free rest of the world exchanges are available for products over the net amount of 400€.
Free exchanges are not available from Japan and all import fees and shipping costs involved in the exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Purchases of products that require cites are only returnable or exchangeable from within the EU.
Gift returns will be credited to the original account that purchased the items.
Sales items and items with reduced prices follow the same regulation as full price items.
All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. However, if a customer receives an item not in the original state please contact customercare@harrismitsiopoulos.gr

6. Liability for defects
Notwithstanding the Customer’s right of withdrawal, the company is liable under the provisions of Civil Code, when the purchased product does not comply with the contract, and especially when it has a real defect or does not contain the agreed properties.
In case that the company is liable for a real defect or for lack of an agreed property, the Customer shall, at its discretion: a) require, without any charge, to have the product corrected or replaced with another, unless such an action is impossible or requires disproportionate expenses (b) apply for a reduction in price or (c) withdraw from the contract of sale, unless the real defect is insignificant. If the Customer chooses to have the product corrected or replaced, the Company must correct or replace it within a reasonable time. The Company will replace the products purchased by the Customer in any case that due to proven liability of the Company, different or substantially different products are delivered to the Customer.

7. Force Majeure
The company is in no way liable for any temporary or permanent failure to provide services and for delays in the acceptance and execution of orders and delivery of ordered products, for reasons not attributable to its liability, such as in the case of force majeure (strikes, earthquakes, fires, bad weather, etc.) or unforeseen situations or events, such as shipping company’s malfunctions, accidental deterioration or destruction of products before receipt by the user and after being delivered for shipment, illegal interference by the counterparty or third party, malfunction of the online payment processing provider (bank) or host provider or internet service provider (ISP), or the access provider or the terminal equipment of the user, incorrect supply of data by the user and generally of any incident that impedes the proper performance of the contractual obligations of the company. The responsibility of the company is limited to its contractual obligations with the consumer and shall make every effort to comply with them within a reasonable time.

8. User Responsibility
User agrees and undertakes to use this website, as well as the e-shop services, information and data, in accordance with the law and the principles of good faith and fair dealing. User acknowledges that he/she is responsible to provide only true and accurate information upon proceeding to any transaction with the e-shop. User is totally liable for any use of his/her online account by unauthorized third parties as well as for any damage that may occur to the company due to this reason.
9. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform

On 15/02/2016, Directive 2013/11/EU on alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was incorporated into Greek legislation (with Joint Ministerial Decision70330/2015). It is an alternative dispute resolution mechanism through certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) entities who undertake to settle disputes online, quickly and at low cost (compared to the litigation costs). In this context, the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) is an automated online tool that allows consumers to make a complaint against a trader where goods or services have been bought online.
It should be noted that the contracting parties are able to withdraw from the proceedings at any stage and continue the dispute resolution before the competent courts.
Consumers must contact the company before applying to the Alternative Dispute Resolution entity in order to resolve the dispute directly with the Company.

10. Applicable law – other terms
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Athens. If any of the provisions of this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
